I am very holistic in my approach which is client centered, providing a safe comfortable confidential environment for the client to express their concerns.  Each client that presents is unique and I work in an integrative way (Person Centered, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behaviour, Choice Therapy and Schema Therapy), best suited to the clients needs. I help clients to develop more self compassion, self awareness and confidence to empower themselves to make the changes to live a more fulfilling life.
