I offer a Humanistic approach providing a safe and confidential environment where individuals and couples can talk about their concerns.  They will feel listened to and understood.  My approach to counselling is tailored to the clients needs, supporting them through depression, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, managing anger, understanding grief and loss, building self-esteem, relationship conflicts and developing effective communication skills.
