Sexual wellbeing is an important aspect of overall wellbeing. Do you have the sexual intimacy and fulfillment that you desire? Sex Therapy Solutions supports clients to identify the blocks that are limiting their potential for Optimal Sexual Wellbeing. Our goal is to develop a therapeutic support plan to put sexual expression, joy and fulfillment back on the agenda. I have worked with individuals and couples in crisis for more than 13 years. I am committed to consistent training and development to provide quality therapeutic support so that clients reach their desired outcomes. I understand that coping with intimacy concerns or sexual identity issues is very difficult. My role is to support you to identify what 'Optimal Sexual Well Being' is for you personally, and together we will work through the steps to achieving your goals. A 3-phase model which integrates CBT, EMDR and a Sex Coaching framework, is used to resolve dysfunction, enhance function and support clients to establish sexual wellbeing.
