I work using a Person Centred approach with all of my clients. I also utilise a variety of interventions and approaches depending on the client’s individual need. These include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Trans-Theoretical Model (Wheel of Change) and Motivational Interviewing.
