Using Single Session Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy tools and techniques, I help clients foster new perspectives, explore coping skills and empower them to become unstuck and make real changes.

Offering a safe and secure space for clients to express and explore their issues in an open and reflective way, I work with issues including depression, stress, anxiety, low self esteem, bereavement, relationship difficulties and bullying.

Remote telephone/video counselling offered. Evening/weekend appointments available.
