I work from an Integrative approach, establishing a therapeutic relationship with the client. Helping the client to gain their own autonomy, avail of their own coping mechanisms but I also listen, so the client can be heard. Techniques from Humanistic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and Gestalt provide the basis for my approach. I work with individuals, children and adolescents and couples.
