My expertise lies in helping clients achieve clarity and assisting them to reflect on areas of their lives that may be causing difficulty; along with exploring aspects of themselves and their world which may help to bring about change, if that is their wish.    I strive to provide a confidential and supportive atmosphere of mutual respect, where clients can express themselves openly and be sure of an empathetic and non-judgemental response. My approach is ‘integrative’ – which means I utilise my knowledge  of different therapies (including Person-Centred, REBT/CBT), recognising that no single form of therapy is best in all situations for all clients, and that each one of the many approaches to therapy has some value.  Therefore the sessions are flexible and tailored to address each individual clients needs and personality. I have considerable experience in assisting clients address and resolve specific problems, cope with crise and resolve  work related stress.
