As a Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapist I combine different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of  individual clients. This approach creates a space for individual’s to develop an awareness around what is preventing them from living their life to its fullest.  As a supervisor I use an integrative model of supervision. I provide a safe space where the nuances of the relationship co-created by the client and the therapist can be explored through reflection, personal & professional development and theoretical integration.
