Using an integrative approach, I provide a safe and confidential setting offering support in times of crisis or change<b>. </b>My aim is to help you alleviate symptoms, nourish self-confidence, assertiveness and self-esteem. The goal of therapy is to ultimately lead you to achieving the clarity needed to bring about lasting and meaningful change in
your life.

My principal modality is integrative meaning that I apply/adapt various counselling modalities that best suit the individual(s). These modalities include person-centred, reality therapy, psychodynamic whilst utilising techniques from other approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, psychoeducation and transactional analysis
