My area of expertise is with young adults, adults and couples. I hold a PGD in Socio-Educational Counselling and I am Certified in Transactional Analysis - field of Counselling (CTA-C).
Transactional Analysis (TA) is a humanistic psychological approach that emphasises an open and equal dialogue between client and counsellor.
It offers a range of models that can be used to explain communication and relationships, facilitating the client to identify what goes wrong in communication and how to interact for a healthier outcome.
TA Counselling enables clients to develop awareness, options and skills for personal development in daily life through the enhancement of their strengths and resources.
I am also Certified as a Personality Focused Treatment (PFT) Practitioner and I am trained in CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality).
