I work as an integrative counsellor and a clinical, analytical hypnopsychotherapist. I work with adults, children and families and with all issues including bereavement, anxiety, depression, low self esteeme, fears & phobias, and all issues affecting emotional wellbeing. I use an integrative approach, utilising CBT, Mindfulness and other theraputic skills, and I have a specal interest in analytical hypno-psychotherapy & suggestion work. I offer Face to Face and online sessions.
