I am a fully qualified and accredited counsellor, based in Castledermot, Co. Kildare providing confidential, non-judgemental, one to one therapy to clients in Kildare and surrounding counties including Carlow, Kilkenny and Laois. I work using an integrative, trauma informed approach and believe one size does not fit all – therapy needs to be tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client. I emphasise the importance of the client/therapist relationship using person centred and humanistic approaches while ensuring the client feels safe, listened to, and understood. I also include psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, solution focused, psychoeducation, mindfulness-based interventions, and relapse prevention interventions.
