Primarily working from an Integrative approach I believe in firstly presenting the core conditions of the working relationship and moving steadily through a range of treatment options (Longer term or more contemporary brief therapies) CBT; Solution Focused etc.
My preferred model of supervision is the 7 Eyed process model (Hawkins & Shohet) which offers me as a supervisor a broad scope from which to work within.
I am passionate regarding the role, purpose and function of Clinical Supervision in the helping professions and believe that all individuals working with others in a ‘caring capacity’ receive regular external (Clinical Supervision).
