I am a fully accredited member with the APCP with over 10 years of experience. I work with both adults and teenagers.I provide sessions face to face, online and telephone. I work as an integrated counsellor. I work within the following modalities. Rogerian, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, CBT, DBT, MI, Existential Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Bereavement Therapy. It is important to me that I respect my clients autonomy, and work within a safe and welcoming space which is non judgemental and allows the client to fully engage in therapy
