Creating a safe environment where the client can be heard and feel comfortable to develop there own coping mechanisms and resilience to deal with adversity. Techniques used include Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Solution Focused Therapy Family System Therapy dealing with such issues as Anxiety, Stress , Crisis intervention, Trauma, Self-esteem, Bereavement, Addictions .
