Offering Face to Face and Online sessions, I help to provide the tools and the techniques to equip each of my clients to overcome emotional issues and difficult life circumstances. I work using Integrative Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with adults and adolescences dealing with a range of issues. Such as: Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, Self Esteem, Bereavement, Relationship Issues, OCD, etc. I work with children with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, confidence issues, behavioural issues and children on the Autism spectrum.
