As an accredited integrative therapist and clinical supervisor currently working in private practice I primarily operate from a humanistic person-centered perspective, drawing heavily from modalities such as MCBT, CBT and family systems therapy as appropriate.
With several years’ experience of working with people of all ages and life stages in a variety of group and individual settings, I feel that psychoeducation can be key to promoting positive therapeutic relationships. Genuine and optimistic connections can promote positive mental health and wellbeing and form a pivotal role in my practice.
