Details of Approach
Depending on what the client brings up in the sessions with me, I would use various approaches in dealing with specific issues. My counselling work is based on various theories which I integrate in my counselling work and I specialise in solution focused, brief intervention work with my clients whenever possible. I work with clients from the age of 10 up to 90+ and I work in Galway as well as in Spiddal Medical Centre and on Zoom.
