Tracey Howard

I am a fully accredited counsellor and I provide a holistic approach when working with people.  I work from an integrative approach with clients which include humanistic, psychodynamic approaches and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).   In my practice I work with adults, adolescences and couples.  I have experience working with clients who experience depression and anxiety related issues, grief, stress and anger management, addiction, panic attacks, suicide ideation, postnatal depression and isolation. My main focus is to support and empower people to be the best version of themselves.
